I had a wonderful experience at the centre. I had just gone to lose weight but got much more. Dr. Neelima Deshmukh explained to me the importance of a proper diet very well, which otherwise I had completely ignored. She discusses with you various issues which deal with your physical health as well as psycological make up. Her talks helped me a lot and made me confident. The staff here is very good and co operative. I ended up being a much happier person.

I also did the 10 days yoga course taken by Mr. Shirish Deshmukh. I had an excellent experience. Mr. Deshmukh has a holistic approach while teaching yoga. He explains the importance of each asna he takes. He also gives a lot of adhyatmic knowledge. You really become aware of a different aspect of looking at life. You understand the importance of looking inside yourself. A doha a day were the ones you must absorb and let them become a part of your life. Overall a very pleasurable experience.
